Reverse Engineering & Design
To begin, the tool is first designed or reverse engineered in a digital plan using programmes like CAD.
Creating a Mould with CNC Machining
The digital design is used to create a plastic or metal mould through CNC machining.
Creating a Shaped Cavity
The mould is then used to create a cavity in the shape of the tool, and is made ready for injection.
Injection & Treatment
Materials are injected into the cavity to take the shape of the tool. It is then left to cool and harden, and is finished with treatment.
